Troubleshooting
Start with the guide that matches your problem:
If an automation isn’t doing what you expect, open Automations in your dashboard and check its recent runs. See Check if an automation is working.
If an integration stopped working, open Integrations in your dashboard, click Manage on the affected app, then Reconnect.
If Brea is acting strangely, open Maintenance in your dashboard Settings and click Restart. Maintenance also has Restore from Backup, which rebuilds Brea from a daily backup. Anything changed since that backup is lost.
If none of that fixes it, open a ticket.
